We believe races are more than just an event. They represent a lifestyle.

The Healthetarians role at races is to provide nutritional support to athletes seeking to improve health, increase performance and decrease recovery time after exercise.

Running marathons, sprinting 5k’s and competing in triathlons are excellent ways to keep fit and stay healthy.

Ultimately, it is the experience that the runners will remember and share with their friends and family – this is what we’re enhancing.

What to expect…

  • We come support your racers with no fees. We aren’t selling anything. We are there to support YOUR participants. By having us at your event, we both show racers that we care about their health and well-being.
  • We’ll have nutritious, tasty and fun snacks
  • We’ll be giving away health products such as protein powders, supplements, recipes
  • We’ll be there to answer health and nutrition related questions

Here are some of the events we’ve worked at…

Bring on the Sun Run – May 5th 2012

Race was at Magnuson Park in Seattle. There were 200+ runners.

Seattle University’s College of Arts and Sciences is hosting the race, and all proceeds benefit the Rotary Boys and Girls Club in King County.

We handed out organic fruit and homemade fuel bites.

Girls on the Run 5k – May 19th

This race takes place annually at Seward Park in Seattle. This year was a hit with over 400 girls running!

We painted faces – in typical Healthetarian fashion – and painted fruits and veggies on the girls faces!
