We started this nonprofit because everywhere we looked people were in need of some serious health advice. Every age range is suffering from some sort of illness. From diabetes to cancer; and more often than not, obesity. Someone, if not everyone we come into contact with on a daily basis has had symptoms of fatigue, weight gain and depression. These are self-inflicted illnesses, and the only way to beat this health crisis we’re in is to get Educated! Get Inspired! And adopt a plant-based lifestyle.
We are educating and inspiring…
Kids- When we’re young, we haven’t been eating foods from factories for too long. Therefore a child switching to a plant-based diet won’t suffer severe withdrawals like an adult would. Kids are willing to try new things and are more open to change. It is our duty to educate kids about proper nutrition and give them the tools they need to live their Happiest, Healthiest and most Successful lives.
Teens: This is the period in our life when we’re told “you can eat anything”. Teenagers have a high metabolism and burn calories like crazy. However, this is the time when bad nutrition habits are formed. Such as lunches containing sodas loaded with corn syrup & artificial coloring and sugar-packed candy bars. This is also the time where confidence is built or broken, so it’s important they receive the best nutrition advice because a healthy teen is a confident one.
20′s & 30′s- Either in college or just out, this is a very stressful period in ones life. When stressed, eating habits are horrible. We tend to eat out to relieve the stress but one can never eat enough to reduce it completely. One has to adopt healthy habits in order to relieve stress. Educating and inspiring this group to a eat plant-based diet helps them achieve more both in college and all throughout life.
While our primary focus is on the younger generations, it’s our mission to inspire every age group to eat more plants and live a more fulfilling life.
Stay tuned for how we plan on accomplishing these big tasks!
